Shipping Destination:  NEOSKINLIFT offers delivery throughout USA only.  We do not make any shipments outside.

Shipping Restrictions: Deliveries cannot be made to P.O. Box addresses, rural postal codes, and remote locations considered “beyond points”.

Address:  NEOSKINLIFT will deliver items you purchase to the address you provide in your order. Deliveries cannot be made to post office boxes.

Shipping Fees:  Shipping fees vary depending on the order (weight, volume, destination and delivery time) and will appear on the screen before you confirm your order.

Order Processing:  Takes up to 48 hours. Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST will begin processing the next business day.

Delivery Time:  NEOSKINLIFT strives to have orders delivered as quickly as possible once your order is accepted, using the delivery method you select on the Site. Delivery times and fees will vary based on the shipment destination, delivery method selected and availability of products in inventory.  Order is delivered 10 to 20 days after processing, pending availability and credit card verification.

Transfer Of Title:  You become the owner of the products you ordered when NEOSKINLIFT turns your shipment over to the delivery company. You assume all associated risks at that point and NEOSKINLIFT will not be responsible for any loss, destruction or damage.

Payment In Full:  NEOSKINLIFT must receive payment in full for products before they can be shipped to you.

Order Tracking Information:  Once an order has shipped, we'll send you an e-mail with the tracking number. Just click on the link to take you to the carrier's website to track the progress of your shipment. It may take 72 hours for your tracking number to be activated on our carrier's site.  Please note orders of high value require a signature upon delivery.

Refused Shipments:  We do our best to ensure your items arrive in perfect condition. However, in the unlikely event that your box arrives in a damaged condition, please accept the delivery and call Customer Service so that we can assist you with your order as needed.  Please note that if you refuse your order, or any part of it without authorization, you will be responsible for all shipping charges.​

Order Cancellation:  Once an order has been submitted, we begin processing it immediately. Changes or cancellations cannot normally be made once the order has been submitted.  For further assistance, please contact our customer care.  Provide the orrder details for further assistance.

Return and Exchange:

The following Return Policy only applies to online purchases made through neoskinlift.com. All store purchases may only be returned to NEOSKINLIFT Stores within the country of original purchase. Please contact your for Return Policy information.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your NEOSKINLIFT purchase, please contact our customer service by email return@neoskinlift.com and simply return the purchased products within sixty (60) days of the delivery date. Please note that all promotional products, including free samples and gifts with purchase, must be returned. We will be happy to credit your account for the amount of the purchase.

If the item you wish to return was not purchased through neoskinlift.com, we recommend returning to the place of purchase for resolution. We recommend that you return all products unopened and in the same condition in which they were delivered and that you send your return for your protection and to insure prompt delivery. We're sorry, but return shipping fees are not refundable. 

Return Shipping Costs: You must pay the cost of shipping and insuring returned items (unless NEOSKINLIFT did not ship the products you ordered or you received defective products, in which case NEOSKINLIFT will pay shipping and insurance costs as long as you use a shipper that insures the package against loss and damage).

Product Availability

Inventory:  NEOSKINLIFT does not under any circumstances guarantee that products offered on the Site are available in inventory. If NEOSKINLIFT is not able to deliver any of the items you order because they are out of stock, we will refund the amount charged to your credit or debit card for these products and send you a refund confirmation by email.

Damages:  NEOSKINLIFT will not be responsible at any time for any damages that you may incur because products are out of stock.

If your package was damaged in shipment by the carrier, and its content rendered unusable, save the box and the merchandise and notify us immediately via email us order@neoskinlift.com
